With our client base growing, we took the proactive approach and developed this monitoring service to help us maintain the high level of service that our customers expect.

We monitor our own software and services that we develop globally. We found that we where quite restricted when our clients want something a little more out of the ordinary. To us, what seemed a trivial task, came at a high cost to our clients.

Bcon.cc was turned from a concept into reality at the NHS hack Day in Cardiff in 2014. This event, bringing together health care professionals, designers and developers, provided a space for creative and inspirational people to solve real world problems.
